Only an ocean away..

This one took me a very long time to finish , well might not be much to some of you who create artwork in 10 or 24 hours , but I am an impatient guy and I really hate waiting which is why I usually rush most of my art. Anyways..I spent around 7 hours layering stuff on top of each other and placing them in a way that looks acceptable to me and I have to say I am pretty happy with the results. This is one of my most complex pieces and I hope ya'll like it as much as I do.

Inspired by the Sarah Brightman song 'only an ocean away' from her album 'Eden'.

Done from scratch in illustrator CS.

Outlines are uploaded to my scraps in case anyone is interested.
